Ms. Nupur Modi is the Co-Founder and Director of KKS Capital Advisors Private Limited. She is an experienced Treasury and Corporate financial service professional in financial service sector. She has previously worked with Companies like Religare Enterprises Limited, Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Limited, SBI Capital Markets Limited and Infosys Limited working closely on Debt Syndication, Investment and Liquidity & Fund Management, Project Appraisals, Company specific overall Bank and Debt Market Borrowing management and internal audit. She has done her Master in Business Administration specializing in Finance from ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon. Also, she has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in European and International Law from Europa-Institut, Saarland University, Saarbrücken, Germany, which is one of the top 10 schools of European Union and International Law in Europe. She specializes in the field of International Foreign Trade and Investment Law, European Economic Law: Business Law and European Management. At KKS Capital she drives the planning and development of strategic policies and procedures.
Mr. Ram Dayal Modi is the Co-Founder of KKS Capital Advisors Private Limited. He has experience of over 38 years in the areas of Credit, Forex, Project funding, Business Planning, Branch Expansion, Training system, Operations & Branch Banking. He was part of the Central Management Committee as General Manager (Planning and Development) in State Bank of Patiala (one of the Associate of SBI) and also worked as Deputy General Manager & Branch Head, Commercial Accounts Branch of State Bank of Mysore. He has extensive experience in restructuring of accounts/ CDR/BIFR cases. He also worked as Executive Director with TFS Business Advisors India Private Ltd. Currently; he is an Independent Director on the board of several listed & unlisted companies. He is a Gold Medalist in MA (Pol. Sc) from the University of Udaipur and also holds a degree in CAIIB (Part I). He has also received extensive training in Project Appraisal, Merchant Banking and other related areas from the Reserve Bank of India Training College, Mumbai and NIBM, Pune. He brings to the company strong leadership skills, vigor and a passion for excellence. Mr. Kunal Kumar Singh, Promoter & Founder, KKS Capital Advisory Private Limited, is the driving force behind the Company and its vision. Kunal has an accolade academic record. Besides being a Master of Business Administration from the ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon, he is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Company Secretary. Earlier he has been associated with Companies like S&P Capital IQ, TFS Business Advisors & Evalueserve, gathering a diverse and wide-ranging experience in the field of M&A Research, Equity Research, Business Advisory, Tax and Regulatory Advisory, Debt Syndication, Project Appraisal & Structuring.
Neha Choudhary heads the Legal and Secretarial Division of KKS Capital. She is a graduate in Commerce from M.M Degree College Modinagar and has done her LLB from Meerut College. She has rich experience of working on business incubation at KKS Capital. She has experience of working on Corporate Law, GST, Labour Laws and other business legislations. She is also the head of HR department in the company. Her deep understanding Corporate Laws and Secretarial Laws is an asset to the organisation and helps her work on various legislations with high degree of proficiency.
He is an educationist having 30 yrs of experience as administrative head at well renowned Educational institutes. He is a law graduate from Lucknow University & MA (Political Science) from MDU Rohtak. He has been also associated with publication of various periodicals, magazines and books on educational reforms & ancient Indian Education System. He brings to the company expertise in management & strategic planning quality. He is an expert in legal & regulatory practices for companies.
He is an ex-serviceman and has been associated with various defense establishments for their inventory planning and forecasting capital requirement for it. He is well versed in assisting entrepreneur in their business decision making and diversification through various cost tools and strategies. He is the lead Consultant at KKS Capital for the Indirect tax practices.
